Unweighted forks

The 174 Hz tuning fork is the primary tool used in Biofield Tuning.  It is an ideal frequency for the technique of “field combing” because of its ability to provide useful feedback with the wide range of overtones it emits. To use sandpaper as a metaphor, think of the 174 Hz fork as a medium-grit sandpaper, suitable for most uses. This fork helps me analyze what I am encountering in the field, like placing a needle on an album. Sometimes I refer to it as my stethoscope.

The 417 Hz tuning fork is one step above the 528 Hz in the Solfeggio set.  I often use it together with the 528 Hz to lighten up areas of heavy emotion.  Used alone it helps create space in the body, and thus can reduce muscle tension.  

The 144 Hz unweighted  fork (please note this is a different fork than  the 144 Hz weighted fork, which is part of the Fibonacci pair.)

This unique sound healing tool, created by Eileen, has an extra long handle, long tines and an extra interesting character. It produces an extraordinary range of overtones and undertones, making its interactions with distortions in the field extremely obvious.

 It has a way of cutting through the gunk and getting deep into those places where maybe we haven't wanted to go, in a way that none of the other forks do. It works very well when followed by the 528 Hz fork. 

The 528 Hz tuning fork is the secondary tool used in Biofield Tuning. When using the technique of field combing, it is generally applied after the 174 Hz tuning fork. This fork has a bright and uplifting quality which is best used for polishing and refining. I often combine it with the 528 Hz fork to really feel an uplifting, almost angelic tone to take care of heavy emotional areas.  Plants and animals respond particularly well to this frequency!
